Delete your NOW account
You can permanently delete your NOW account at any time directly from within the NOW app.
How to delete your account
- Open the NOW app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Need help?
If you can't delete your account from within the app, you can request account deletion using our contact form.
All account deletion requests are subject to identity verification before they are processed. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
