Child Safety Standards

NOW is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. Protecting children from exploitation and abuse is a core part of our community standards. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any content or behaviour that endangers minors.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors
• Grooming or attempts to exploit minors
• Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates child exploitation
• Any activity that violates applicable child safety laws

Any account found to be engaging in these activities may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

Reporting Content

Users can report content directly within the NOW app.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates our policies will be removed when confirmed, and appropriate action may be taken against the responsible account, including permanent suspension.

Where required by applicable law, NOW will cooperate with the relevant authorities regarding illegal content involving child exploitation.
